Agriculture Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Specialist
Chemonics International, a U.S. based international development consulting firm, is seeking an Agriculture Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Specialist to be based in Kigali for an anticipated USAID-funded Feed the Future Rwanda Sustainable Food, Agriculture, and Nutrition Activity (Hinga Weze). This five-year, $32.5-37.5 million project will sustainably increase smallholder farmer incomes, improve the nutritional status of Rwandan women and children, and increase the resilience of the agriculture and food system to the changing climate.
Agriculture Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, ICT, agriculture, or other related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Eight years of experience in communications, information management, GIS, digital finance, or related topics
- Experience with implementing technological solutions in rural areas
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English. French and Kinyarwanda preferred.
